The City & Food Walk is a non-profit initiative by Delicio Cooking Studio, Catering & Events, a family-owned business based in Nunspeet. Our goal is to offer visitors a unique experience in an accessible and welcoming way. By connecting culture, history, and food, we tell an authentic story about the neighborhood or city you’re walking through. It’s our way of making a positive contribution to our surroundings.

Participation in the City & Food Walks is subject to regular traffic regulations and is at your own risk. The participating partners serve food and drinks at their own expense and responsibility. City & Food Walk

What Can You Expect?
An interactive walking tour through the neighborhood or city of your choice, running since 2020. Each walk has its own unique story, shared through images, text, video, and audio. Along the way, you’ll encounter various landmarks and historical buildings—each with its own fascinating background. You’ll also pass by up to five specialty food shops. Please note: shop availability may vary due to occasional closures. At each location, simply show your app and personal code (note: one code per person is required) to enjoy a delicious local specialty. Want more? First, download the City & Food Walk app from the App Store or Google Play. You can also scan the QR code using a second phone.
Then, purchase your ticket via www.deliciowebshop.com (click the “Buy Ticket” button).
Important: Maximum group size is 8 people.

After purchase, you’ll receive a license key (code) by email. This code is required to activate the app. It consists of 2 letters, a hyphen, followed by 3 characters (letters and/or digits). It is case-sensitive, so be sure to enter it correctly.

We recommend creating an account at the time of purchase and downloading the app well in advance of your walk so you can get familiar with it.
Note: Each participant needs their own personal code.

City & Food Walks are available from Tuesday to Saturday (in Amsterdam also on Sundays) during regular shop opening hours. Keep in mind, some shops may close as early as 4:00 PM.

Each walk takes about 2½ hours and can be booked for up to 8 people at a time.
